"Friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms. My only complaints were the bar was already closed when I got there at 8:30pm on a Friday night. No Air conditioning in the lobby, and I paid for breakfast in advanced, which was only up to $20, which only covered 2 small breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks. I would have just went to the Waffle House down the street.
I should have looked into it more, but I reserved the room in a hurry because other alofts I have been to offer much more and are lively.

"The hotel is very old and the bedroom had a BAD ODOR. It smelled like an old storage room that hasn’t been opened in 20 years. Would not recommend. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and overall the hotel is very dated. The bathroom mirror and amenities were all dirty with water stains. "

"I was in a car accident and the staff was rude to my wife when she called to let them know we couldn’t make it.
I’m in the hospital getting check out and they tell her it’s not her fault and that they are taking the money.
Didn’t even let her explain that we didn’t want the refund we just wanted to see if we could push the day out.
Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior me working in the medical field and being law enforcement also we understand things happen you can’t trust...
