"Camere pulite così come gli esterni. Piscina bellissima per tutti (anche per bambini) 1,50 profondità massima. Lettini e ombrelloni in abbondanza ( a settembre) bar ristorante e market uno dietro l’altro accanto alla piscina. Alllogiavo al villino confort da 25 mq una spesa irrisoria per questo period. All’arrivo avrete la mappa visualizzabile sul sito anche.il Mare e a 200 mq dalla piscina e si attraversa prima l’arra villini poi pineta con campeggiatori poi si arriva al mare in una natura...

"Perfect countryside property for us, located 10 mins drive from town, 20 mins from beach, 15 mins railway station with regular and very cheap trains to Rome.Very clean villa (better than the photos show)Fabulous swimming pool with private outside area. "A fantastic property, both inside and out. The outdoor dining and living area was great and well used. Pool and tennis court on superb condition. The centre of Rome was easily accessible using the punctual trains. Check-in process was so smooth and property full of the essentials that you often have to source yourself. We had a great holoday using this lovely villa as our base. We hope to return very soon!"

"The setting is just gorgeous - gardens, vegetation and the building exterior. Very spacious well-kept grounds with access (via a steep path) to the lake-side and the peaceful and secluded private beach. Lovely pool area and decent-sized well-maintained pool. The apartment interior was spacious and rustic - fairly basic but authentic farmhouse furnishings. The only negative thing to say would be that it could have been cleaner."
