Every area of the house has window walls overlooking the city's main street, which makes the house very bright.

The kitchen and adjoining dining area combine comfort and minimalist style.
You will find all the appliances you will need such as a microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of capsules to taste different types of coffee.
In the outdoor area there is a veranda, where you will find a washing machine at your disposal.

The living room is furnished with a sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed for 2 persons if required.

The master bedroom is equipped with pillows of different sizes, in memory foam and latex, so you can choose the most suitable for your rest.The king-size mattress (180x200) on which you will rest is 30 cm high, and was made by hand, in Italy, by a historical local company.
The made-to-measure wardrobe and drawer units will allow you to comfortably sort all your clothes.
Completing the room is a small armchair, a floor mirror, a service desk and a Samsung 55" 4K Smart TV, with Netflix, Prime Video, Youtube etc., so you can watch your favourite series from the comfort of your bed.

In the single bedroom you will find an extra large mattress (90x200), also made to the same specifications as in the double bedroom.
This room is equipped with a 43'' 4K LG Smart TV, which is also equipped with various streaming sites so you can enjoy an evening of entertainment.

To top it off, the modern bathroom consists of a comfortable and large walk-in shower where you can rejuvenate after a long day.
Inside the bathroom you will find a Salvatore Ferragamo courtesy kit consisting of shampoo, bath foam, conditioner and perfumed soap. In addition, you will also find a shower cap, a disposable toothbrush with toothpaste and a beauty kit containing cotton buds, rubber band, make-up remover disc and file.
