"The call centre number was not updated and the front desk of the resort didnt answer there phone. We were told there was a dock (we came by boat) and live music that began at 7 - the pub was closed since last summer. The internet didnt work, and the info book that was in our room said there was a grab and go breakfast nook that was open from 7am-3pm - it was not open. All of this being said it could have all been avoided if it gave dates of the off season and when the peak season began. I...

"It is in need of repair. The kitchen was very small and limited with items provided. They are renovating so I’m sure it will be much nicer. The location is great and right across from the lake. The towels are hand washed and good quality, sheets are nice, great shower head. Overall it is okay for the price for sure "

"The home was lovely, the on site manager was very nice. The reason for 2 stars, was due to a hard bed and last min discovery of a Wi Fi router right behind the bed, right by our heads. It was covered up by the closed curtain, so for 3 days we couldn't see it and didn't know it was their, till we were packing up and i pull the curtain back and their it was, inchs from my brain the whole time i slept for 3 nights, 😳. "The food served was highly processed and high in fats, and it did not taste normal. It was included with the room so we were thankful for that. Sleep was difficult as the heater in room 120 was so loud, it was like a semi truck warming up the engine, and as it was cold out, after 2 am it came on every ten minutes. It had to be turned off to get any sleep. Except for the breakfast and noise, it was very good."
