"Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again."

"This was a perfect retreat for a restful holiday with a toddler. Telma was a wonderful hostess. We were greated with a gift of bread, local cheese, wine and a selection of pastries all of which were delicious. Telma took us through the house explaining everything so we were confident about how things worked and what to do in case of emergency. "Das Haus liegt im mittelalterlichen Kern von Ourém. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Besonders im Garten gibt es viele schöne Plätze. Vom Pool hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Der Kontakt mit David war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Absolutely beautiful property, built over 30 years, with love put into every single detail by the owners and improved by the hospitality of the owners.We stayed with 7 of us, and it was still too big for us! The kids 3-9 loved it, and the property is very child safe (Fireplace blocked off, pool secured with gates, the entire property is walled off with electric gates)From the beautiful views of the surrounding landscape, to the locally produced port and the amazing Jams provided by the owners...

"La casa es muy cómoda, las fotografías la muestran tal y como es realmente. Queda cerca de Alcobaça y puedes desplazarte fácilmente a Nazaré, São Martinho do Porto, Foz de Arelho, Leiria... Nuestros perros disfrutaron de la estancia tanto como nosotros. Los padres de Gonçalo son absolutamente encantadores. Absolutamente recomendable. "

"Very nice and clean flat in a good location to explore this area of Portugal. It is within walking distance of the town of Fátima and very close to an Aldi. Check in directions were easy to follow. The only issue is the sloped ceilings of a loft apartment that you always must be aware of, especially if you are tall! We enjoyed our stay here."
