"It was a great option for a clean and easy stay after a long flight. I wish I had more time to walk the trails near the house, they looked really nice! The family was also very nice and helpful when I was so so tired. It cost me a little bit in Ubers to get there from the airport, and the house was very echoey, so even though everyone was respectful and quiet I could still hear doors opening/ closing throughout the house during the night etc."

"The bedsheet was clearly not changed before I used the bed, which is completely unacceptable. When I woke up in the morning, my dress was covered in white cat fur, making it obvious the bedding had already been used by someone else. This was unhygienic, careless, and extremely disappointing. I am genuinely unhappy with this experience."

We used the hotel as a base for exploring Vancouver. 10-15 minute walk to Kapstan Skytrain station and 20 minutes straight into the city centre from there. "Shortly after arriving the power went out (8:00pm).We were told something down the street caused the power outage. We chose this hotel because of the pool and with the power outage we were not allowed to use it. We had no lights in the room or the bathroom ( the hallways did have lights ). Unable to charge our phones they ended up dying. We had to be up early so knowing we didn’t have an alarm to wake us up we didn’t sleep much at all.
