"Old Bonaventure House is a charming gem in the short term rental world. We used it as a base for exploring this region a Newfoundland and while it is perhaps a little isolated for some folks it was ideal for us. Our only regret was that we had not set up our trip to allow us time to relax here. It would be an ideal place to pursue creative endeavours.The house has old world charm complimented by all of the amenities one could ask for. Dawne was a warm and accommodating host. Thank you."

"Very quiet, spacious, had everything you need for traveling. Close to Trinity, Bonavista. Lot's to see in these areas. Nice place to walk around, people are so friendly made some new friends. Check out Molly's for seafood to cook for dinner. The house has a BBQ fully equipped. We had lobster and Moose burgers from Molly's. Highly recommend this place! Karen is great to deal with!"

"Excellent property. We were very fortunate to get it last minute. Hiking was closed in Gros Morne NP so we decided to go see the puffins. This was the only property available. When we arrived the three lady travellers I was with all exclaimed how great a job I did picking the property. I told them it was my first choice of exactly one choices LOL. "What can I say-truly lovely home that has been renovated top to bottom. Great location with views that are to die for. The house was well equipped, cosy and provided lots of space for myself and my three sisters. Walking distance to restaurants and to the Sherwink Trail head - absolutely gorgeous. Our hosts were so attentive and wanting to make sure that we had a wonderful stay which we did, thank you - made our stay so enjoyable."

"Mayo Cottage is situated in a beautiful location overlooking a bay. It is comfortable, clean and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to family and friends. The only negative is that the oven was not working (but our host Betty was careful to let us know in advance.). I’m sure that problem will be remedied soon and we didn’t really need it anyway. We would choose to stay there again for sure. Beautiful!!"

"Camper on private property close to waterfront. Everything we needed was supplied. Bed was OK, TV which had access to Netflix & Prime movies, fridge & freezer as well as pantry space for food. Host was very hospitable - gave us cod which we could fry, answered our questions, tended quickly to our needs. Electric space heater was much appreciated as the weather was cool while we were there.
