Villa Piana - Con Piscina ed Ampio Giardino Privato

Villa Piana is located in the south of Salento, surrounded by nature, and can accommodate up to 6 guests (with a sofa bed available in the living room).

Equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a private pool, and a lovely fenced garden, the villa offers both privacy and exclusivity.

Ideally situated, it is immersed in peace and nature, yet just a short distance from the town of Tricase and the sea.

THE HOUSE


The villa covers a total area of about 1500 square meters, with a two-bedroom house of approximately 70 square meters.

The house consists of two bedrooms (both air-conditioned), one double and the other with 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double upon request), a complete bathroom with a shower, and a large living room with a built-in kitchen (with oven, fully equipped), an internal fireplace, and a sofa bed.

THE OUTDOOR AREA

The outdoor space of Villa Piana offers the perfect setting to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors.

The wooden patio is well-furnished and is the ideal place for outdoor dining or relaxation. The barbecue corner (with a gas barbecue) allows you to prepare delicious grilled meals.

The pool area (with an above-ground pool measuring 6.35 x 3.75) is comfortably furnished with sunbeds, deck chairs, and an umbrella, providing the perfect place to cool off during the hottest summer hours or simply sunbathe.

Most of the garden is covered in grass, and the villa is completely fenced to safely accommodate pets.

Additionally, there is a service bathroom with a washing machine and shower, as well as ample private parking within the property.

This area offers numerous interesting cycling and walking trails. Moreover, it is ideally located, surrounded by nature and the tranquility of the countryside, while being just 1.5 km from the town of Tricase and 2 km from the sea (Marina Serra).

CHECK-IN FROM 3:00 PM TO 8:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed).

ARRIVAL BETWEEN 8:00 PM AND 1:00 AM IS SUBJECT TO AN EXTRA FEE: €50 from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, €100 from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

CHECK-OUT BY 10:00 AM (unless otherwise agreed).

A SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED, WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER CHECK-OUT.
