"Newly refurbished building very centrally located. Apartment is very nice, good facilities and very comfortable bed. We had the large apartment with balcony. Would recommend for a stay in Thessaloniki. However, 2 negative things that can be easily fixed by the management company. 1. We were not provided with any check in details and there was no one at the building when we arrived at 3.00pm. We called 2 different numbers several times but no one answered. There were 2 other groups in the same...

"A very comfy apartment , 20 mins walk from the center of the town. Everything was clean and the space was adjusted to provide a very pleasant and quiet stay. It also provides parking slot with the sole downside that the places are very small, mostly suitable for small city cars. One of the days, another tenant parked so close to my car, that i could not even get inside, so I ordered a taxi to go to my meeting. But, you can't have it all. It still remains a very good choice. "

"The location is central, and really good. I had a very good view of the shopping precinct, which is very pretty. It is quite noisy outside, but the double glazing cut out all the noise. The flat is clean, comfortable and very nice."

"Es war immer sehr laut, die Musik spielte bis spaet in die Nacht. Die Gastgeber haben fuer uns Ohrenschuetzer vorbereitet. Es ging. Ich konnte gut schlafen. Ansonsten sind wir sehr mit der Unterkunft zufrieden gewesen. Es gab ein Aufzug. Schoene Umgebung. Einrichtung sehr ansprechend. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Das schaetze ich sehr."
