Impresionante Villa Margarita. Excelente ubicación en Puerto del Carmen con vista al mar

Villa Margarita es una hermosa y lujosa villa recientemente renovada con un estándar excepcional. La villa se encuentra en una zona residencial muy tranquila de Puerto del Carmen, pero está convenientemente ubicada a solo 10-15 minutos a pie de playas, tiendas, bares y restaurantes. La villa también está a solo 10 minutos en coche del aeropuerto o un taxi de 20 €.

Planta baja

Cocina

Una cocina moderna generosamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, que incluyen nevera-congelador, lavavajillas, cafetera, tetera, tostadora, horno y placa eléctrica.

Lavadero

Un amplio cuarto de servicio con lavadora nueva, plancha y tabla de planchar. Hay mucho espacio de almacenamiento disponible en el cuarto de servicio.

Comedor

El amplio comedor está provisto de muebles nuevos y tiene capacidad para 6 personas. También hay un amplio espacio para sentar una silla alta si es necesario (de los cuales se suministra una nueva silla alta sin cargo si se solicita).

El amplio y bien iluminado salón se beneficia de un nuevo sofá de 6 plazas, nuevas mesas de café / ocasionales, un nuevo televisor LCD de 50 ", una nueva caja satelital (con todos los canales en inglés e irlandés, incluidas todas las películas Sky, todos los deportes Sky, todos los BT Sport , Setanta Sport y Premier Sport y At The Races), nuevo reproductor de DVD Blue-Ray con una amplia gama de películas disponibles y un sistema de CD de alta fidelidad.

El baño de la planta baja consta de un inodoro, lavabo y ducha.

Piso superior

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama extragrande muy cómoda, amplio espacio de armario con muchas perchas, secador de pelo y espejo. El dormitorio principal se beneficia del acceso directo a una hermosa terraza superior que ofrece hermosas vistas al mar. Se proporciona una nueva caja fuerte en el dormitorio.

Segundo dormitorio

El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama extragrande muy cómoda, un amplio espacio en el armario con muchas perchas, secador de pelo y espejo. También hay espacio para una cuna de viaje (de la cual se suministra una cuna nueva sin cargo previa solicitud). El segundo dormitorio también se beneficia del acceso directo a la hermosa terraza superior y tiene maravillosas vistas al mar. Se proporciona una nueva caja fuerte en el dormitorio.

Tercer dormitorio

El tercer dormitorio ofrece 2 camas individuales nuevas y cómodas, ideales para niños, con una generosa cantidad de espacio en el armario con muchas perchas.

Baño de arriba

Un baño nuevo, moderno y totalmente equipado con inodoro, bañera, ducha, lavabo, espejo y toma de corriente, con mucho espacio de almacenamiento para artículos de tocador.

Wifi

El Wi-Fi se proporciona de forma gratuita y se puede acceder a él desde todas las áreas de la villa, incluidas las áreas exteriores.

Aire acondicionado

Dos potentes unidades de aire acondicionado montadas en la pared están disponibles de forma gratuita, proporcionando refrigeración para las áreas de salón y comedor de la planta baja y las habitaciones.

La piscina y el área de descanso para el sol se benefician de un césped sintético recién instalado, cómodo y de muy alto nivel que reduce el riesgo de resbalones y es muy seguro para los niños.

El área de comedor exterior se beneficia de una nueva gran mesa de comedor en el patio con 6 sillas nuevas disponibles, junto con una nueva parrilla de briquetas y herramientas.

Cada habitación tiene 2 juegos nuevos de toallas de mano, toallas de baño y toallas de baño.

Estacionamiento

La Villa está ubicada en una calle privada, bien iluminada, de sentido único, con niveles de tráfico muy bajos. El estacionamiento está disponible directamente afuera de la villa en la calle.

Rechazar y Reciclar

Las instalaciones de reciclaje están disponibles a solo 50 metros de la villa y los desechos no reciclables se encuentran convenientemente ubicados a 20 metros de distancia y se recolectan diariamente.

Agua

El agua se calienta con energía solar con un tanque de 200 litros, lo que permite a 6 personas disfrutar de duchas calientes de alta presión en muy poco tiempo. Se instala una bomba de agua y un tanque de respaldo en caso de que falle el suministro de red.

Las alarmas de humo están instaladas en toda la Villa para su seguridad.

The Villa was all we were hoping for. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The seafront, Old Harbour area and lots of bars and restaurants are just a short walk away. The hosts, Steve and Mags, were very communicative. I would highly recommend this Villa for a holiday.

We had a great time staying at Steve and Mags holiday house in Puerto del Carmen. The kids enjoyed the pool in february. Everything we needed was at the house, we slept well. There are also good restaurants and supermarkets near the house. We hope to have a chance to come back.

We just returned from our second stay at Villa Margarita in PDC. It was as good this time around as the last. Having everything you will need within a stones throw and the convenience of Lidl across the street we wanted for nothing. We would highly recommend booking your stay at Villa Margarita. We were so happy to return to this lovely villa. The bubbly to celebrate dad’s 80th was appreciated. The villa ticks all our boxes for a perfect stay. Comfortable & quiet but all the resort amenities very accessible. It was great to use the heated pool in late November. A really lovely holiday.

We have just returned from our stay. Sadly only one week. We were 4 adults and 2 children (1 being an infant). We all agreed this was an amazing villa, we have all stayed in a quite a few over the years but this villa was faultless. Honestly the pictures do not do this villa justice. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with everything you would need. The pool was fabulous and very much enjoyed by all. Communication with the hosts was very good . We would highly recommend and will without a doubt book again!

OMG what an absolute little gem. So much to say i dont know where to start. When bookin the holiday the hosts Steve &Mags were fantastic at responding to every query. On arrival at the villa, (10 mins from airport by taxi) it was superb. Immaculate and homely. The sense of homeliness iv never witnessed in any other villa. As the week went on, it was the villa that just kept giving. The beds were so comfortable it was like sleeping on feathers....best sleep every nite. Even tje sunbeds were so comfortable. Its so central, grocery shops very close by and a short stroll from the old town....this has been such a wonderful experience we have already booked to return next year again please God!! Highly highly recommend this villa.

We stayed in Villa Margarita for 10 nights (15-25 October 2023). It is definitely the best we have stayed in and we book one every year. From the comfortable roomy living area to the fabulous pool and BBQ area and the convenience of having Lidl literally 2 minutes walk away we enjoyed every minute. The hosts Mags & Steve were very responsive to any query we had. We would highly recommend this villa to everyone. Lovely quiet residential area and less than €5 in taxi to the strip if you don’t feel like walking. The welcome pack was so thoughtful and instruction manual for every appliance was a wonderful help. Just returned from 10 days @ Villa Margarita and we had a wonderful time. The pictures don't do the villa justice. Very spacious. There is a lovely outside eating area which is shaded a lot of the day if you want to get out of the sun and Longers beside the pool which get sun most of the day. Bedrooms are a good side with plenty of storage and loads of hangers which is unusual. There is also a lovely balcony off the 2 double bedrooms which a lovely view of the sea. Good size bathroom with a powerful shower. There is a Lidl Just a 2 min walk from the villa which has everything you would need and its about 10 min walk to all the main bars and restaurants. the only small negative was the air con. It did get hot in the bedrooms as there is only one air con unit upstairs and it struggled to keep all 3 bedrooms cool. ( We did have temps of 38 though for a few days so that didn't help ). We would defiantly return to Villa Margarita in the future. We have even tried to book for next year and it already fully booked which we are not surprised about

This is a very spacious and well appointed villa. There is a nice outside area with a heated pool, BBQ and eating area, and we loved the upstairs balcony off two of the bedrooms - a lovely spot to hide away and read a book or for drinks and nibbles. It is an easy walk to the harbour and old town and just across the road from a well stocked Lidl. The owners were great with communication and couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a lovely time here and thoroughly recommend!

Been to Lanzarote many times and stayed in Villas, Apartments and Hotels. Villa Margarita is by far the best we’ve stayed in. Villa just as described if not better. Everything so easy to use down to the great instructions left for the TV, cooker etc. location fantastic and just across the road from Lidl supermarket, however with the welcome pack we only needed to go once to top up on water. Beds very comfy and lots of wardrobe space. Just loved it all. Thank you very letting us stay in your lovely home and we’ll be checking for free dates to come back as soon as we can. Jill

This was my third visit to Puerto del Carmen after two previous visits in Dec 2018 and Jan 2020 (just me and the wife in a small apartment). This time we required something a little larger as we were travelling with four other adults and a two year old child. Prior to booking we had considered several villas, but Villa Margarita ticked all the boxes. Before our arrival on 16th Nov 2021, Steve and Mags sent us all the information required to find and access the villa without any fuss. We were immediately impressed with the layout and size of the villa. Steve and Mags have done an excellent job of making you feel right at home, and we had everything we could have needed and much more. We particularly liked that even the little things had been taken care of such as sewing kit (this was needed when my wife broke the zip on her bag), first aid kit (this was needed when my daughter fell off a scooter), bread, milk, cheese, ham, the list goes on and on. Steve and Mags had even left a birthday card and bottle of Cava for my wife as we had previously mentioned this holiday was for her 50th. The three bedrooms are a good size and the beds incredibly comfortable. There are two bathrooms, a larger one upstairs with a bath/shower and a smaller one downstairs with a shower. We never had an issue with the hot water running out (as we have in the past) I would assume because of the huge water heater on the roof. The kitchen has all the facilities you need including cooker/hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Then there's the heated swimming pool which gave us all hours of fun. The pool was cleaned twice during our 10 day stay by Martin, and the bed linen and towels were replaced by Julie once during our stay, so I would like to extend a big thank you to Martin and Julie for that. All in all, we have absolutely no complaints about our stay at Villa Margarita (and I'm a very hard person to please). There's a Lidl just over the road, Biosfera shopping centre just a short walk down the road, and it ain't a million miles away from the main strip/beach, probably equaly as close to the old town and Playa Chica. Would we stay at Villa Margarita again? 110% YES! Our next visit to PDC is likely to be just me and the wife again, but if we do plan another family holiday, Villa Margarita will be top of the list! We all made use of the lovely heated pool every day, which has sun all day long. The villa was so comfortable and kitted out with every home comfort you could wish for. We enjoyed lounging on the upper terrace in the evening. Lidl was so convenient for fresh pastries on the patio every day. Then 10 minutes walk into Old Town. We are like kings all week by following many of the owners recommendations. Lunch in Cafe Ola overlooking the sea, pizza was lovely. Dinner in Sebastyans - best steak of the holiday and amazing view we felt like movie stars! The friendliest service & fantastic food from My Kitchen by Julius in Old Town, Burger with a wow factor in Good Old Days (and more stunning views). Best classy Italian at Casa Del Parmigiana. We are already planning our return and can’t praise it enough.

We had never stayed in a villa before, always booked hotel but with covid and having a 17month old along with a 9 year old we thought it would be best to book a villa to give us more space. We had never booked one before and didn't know what to expect. Our transfer from the airport knew exactly where the villa was and even showed us where to get the key! The villa is right across the road from Lidl and only a walk into the old town and a further walk into new town. We walked in and out every day. No need for a car or a taxi! We couldn't fault the villa at all. The pool got cleaned every few days, lady called to change bedding but our little one was asleep so at our request she left the bedding and we changed it ourselves and she returned to collect the used bedding the following day. There's any amount of towels, pool toys, cutlery, mugs, classes and a washing machine. We really couldn't fault this place at all, Steve and Mags were very good at answering any questions we had before we left and when we arrived. We even met their neighbours across the road. It's a lovely quite location. We had a lovely time and will find it hard next year to try and find a villa in another country up to the same standard. I cannot believe our stay is over already. We had an amazing time and really appreciated the late checkout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Margarita. Steve & Mags have thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. We had planned our holiday for my husband’s 60th birthday and on arrival as well as a selection of ‘essentials’ - tea, coffee, eggs, milk we found a card and bottle of wine for the birthday boy’ which was such a thoughtful touch. The pool area is amazing and heated which was handy in February! The villa is far enough away from the centre to avoid lots of noisy nightlife but not too far to walk either into the old town or along the main beach road where there are plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. Steve and Mags answered any questions we had almost immediately and the check in instructions and directions were extremely clear. There are clear instructions for all appliances and recommendations for days out, restaurants etc which we found really helpful. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough for either couples or families and we will certainly be looking to stay again on our next visit to Lanzarote. Julie & Ian

Perfect location Villa is like home from home with all amenities Needs to be seen to appreciate how wonderful it is ! Mags and Steve made the process so easy and left us a brilliant welcome pack. Martin and Julie were lovely and ensured pool and villa cleaned during our stay. Thank you !

Villa Margarita is a really lovely Villa and really does show a level of care and attention to detail rarely found. We enjoyed our time there immensely. It really does have everything you could possibly want, or ever need during your stay. Everything has been thought of, from bags to carry your shopping home, to even a shoe horn. Literally all the little things you could possibly think of, or usually need to buy yourself are supplied. A great selection of books, music, films and games is a available. The welcome pack is a nice touch containing a good selection to get you up and running. The pool is a good size for having fun and cooling off. Also a nice warm temperature and our boys made good use of it and the pool toys. The outside space is nice and has the sun all day. The decoration and way the property is maintained is excellent. The local property manager and his wife are lovely helpful people and take very good care of the place. They even offered to help us when we had a medical problem. They kindly offered to take us to a clinic in Tias should we need it. Thankfully we didn't after all. Location is good and not really that far from the old town or new if your walking. Taxi's are cheap and plentiful and will come directly to the villa if you call them. There is a local bus stop nearby should you prefer to use local transport. Of course Lidil is just across the road and super handy, but two other supermarkets and a farmacia are only a few minutes walk away. Two really nice places we found that were recommended by Steve and Megs in there villa guide were Cafe Orla off the strip which has wonderful views. In the old town La Taberna De Nino is a lovely charming restaurant with excellent food and was our favorite. Again Villa Margarita is lovely base for you holiday and one you'll be hard pressed to better.
