This beautiful apartment is nicely decorated throughout with a warm feel of home and its comforts like washing machine, WIFI, UKTV channels, comfortable beds with the added feel of being on holiday with its fantastic sea views of Fuerteventura, 5 minutes' walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants.
A3 Apartment has two bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, 1 bathroom, newly refurbished with walk in shower,
The balcony looks over the tranquil beautifully maintained gardens of the complex and Fuerteventura can be seen on a sunny day.
only a few minutes' walk to the sea front with shops, restaurants, bars, and sandy beaches. The apartment is also conveniently located opposite a mini market. The golf course is located 5 minutes' drive away.

The apartment had everything we needed, great location and ideal for our family of 4.Loads of little helpful things left to use from previous guests. Nice to have uk channels to watch for the sport, when in the apartment. Shower was a great pressure not like some places we have stayed so overall really happy. The toilet seat kept slipping but just becausenit wasnt clicking in somehow and the bottom shelf of the fridge was just resting on with a damaged holder, probably should of reported but it was like that from walking in, it never bothered us though.Its on a quiet road and we never heard any noise from surrounding places. No air con but we had fans left for us in the bedrooms which were perfect.When booking i thought this apartment was part of the parque tropical complex for use of the pool and snack bar but its nothing to do with it as its in its own beautiful private garden area further up, but it was a mistake i made thinking it was part of the complex which is only for guests staying at the complex and owners. But i would definitely look at booking again.

L’appartement est parfait : bien équipé et parfaitement placé. Roberto est parfait niveau communication et très arrangeant . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec, c’est vrai, 2 jours de grands vents, mais c’est aussi le charme de l’île .

Excellent Apartment

Great apartment, all the rooms are spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Fantastic balcony with sea views to mountains and Fuerteventura. Central location for the main strip plenty of bars and restaurants. The only negative we found is it requires new bedding. However, we have booked the apartment again for next year so we loved it. Contact with the host was superb, if we had any problems Roberto sorted it.

In der schönen Wohnung konnten wir den Urlaub vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag voll genießen. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden und der Meerblick noch viel schöner als erwart. Kontakt zum Eigentümer sehr nett!

Fantastic apartment

Fabulous holiday in a lovely apartment

We had a brilliant time in a lovely, comfortable apartment in a perfect location. It had everything we needed to allow us to enjoy our holiday. Just as we expected from the information provided. Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials including a washing machine and an air fryer. Towels and bed linen changed as promised. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Girls’ holiday

The apartment was as described. Spacious with ample storage although a few more coat hangers would have been good along with some drawers. A hairdryer in each room was very handy with 4 ladies. The leftover condiments were useful as were the leftover toiletries. Very good shower too. Handy to have sandwich bags ( for sandwiches on the flight home) Little touches like that are very helpful. The apartment is up a hill which wasn’t a problem to us despite being mature ladies. Lovely views from the balcony and we loved the loungers.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage und Umgebung

So finden Sie die Wohnung: Gegenüber vom Cinco Plaza, über den Zebrastreifen und rechts ist der Aufgang zur Wohnung. Die Schlüsselübergabe über ein Schlüsselkästchen hat problemlos funktioniert. Fand es etwas schade, dass wir in der kompletten Urlaubszeit vom Vermieter nichts gehört/gelesen haben. Weder bei Ankunft, noch bei Abreise. Im Vorfeld hatten wir Kontakt, welcher auch sehr nett war. Die Wohnung hat eine super tolle Lage. In direkter Umgebung sind 3 Supermärkte, die auch frische Brötchen haben. In 5 min ist man am Strand und in 5min ist man direkt an der Strandpromenade und Einkaufsstraße zum shoppen und Restaurants. Die Strände in der Nähe sind super. Es gibt verschiedene mit Steinen wie eine Buch und mit weitem breiten Strand. Überall benötigt man keine Badeschuhe. Die Wohnung ist mit fast allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Ein gutes Messer wäre super. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Was leider nicht vorhanden ist und bei unseren Temperaturen Anfang August praktisch gewesen wäre, war eine Klimaanlage. So war es sehr warm in der Wohnung trotz offener Fenster. Der Garten zu den Appartments ist schön angelegt. PdC ist ein guter Ort um zu Ausflügen zu starten. Wir haben eine Woche ein Auto bei Medina gemietet und haben jeden Tag ohne Probleme einen Parkplatz gefunden. Wenn man in die Calle Anzuelo (Straße der Unterkunft) fährt, sind direkt genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze am Anfang auf der linken und rechten Seite. Auch in der Nähe der Unterkunft hat man ab und zu G

The apartment was really super. Very good size, well equipped, very comfortable beds, proper and plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses - incl. Champagne glasses! Very bright too. Excellent location just a few moments from the beach, superb sea and mountain views.

Lovely appartment

Property was very clean with great facilities and plenty of kitchenware. Lovely large balcony that has sun for most of the day. Located just away from the main throng so reasonably quiet. Plenty supermarkets nearby. Loved my stay here !

Appartement spacieux et bien situé

Appartement bien situé , proche du centre de Puerto del Carmen , sans avoir les nuisances sonores . L'appartement est principalement tourné vers un grand patio intérieur arboré et fleuri , parfaitement au calme . Quasi en face d'un petit "super marché" / à 6 minutes à pied des plages / très facile d'accès ( très vite sur les axes principaux situés à l'arrière de Puerto del Carmen ) Très agréable terrasse et très bon équipement .

Appartement très agréable, grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique, très bien situé: plage, commerces à proximité. Parking dans la rue mais on trouve des places facilement. Roberto est très réactif. Manque juste une machine à café.

One of the best places to stay in PDC

I have stayed in a few places in PDC over the years, this apartment is clean, with great views and in one of the best positions I’ve ever been in. The bathroom refit looks great and plenty of hot water. Short walk from the front and a great restaurant a 100 yds away. If it has a negative that would be a lack of oven, the kitchen has everything but. Yet the number of restaurants in PDC covers it well.
