Villa Poesia, is a beautiful property decorated in Sicilian style and located close to the centre of Taormina. It offers a private swimming pool which can be heated and is in an excellent position, a short walk from the main street in Taormina, with its smart boutiques, restaurants and clubs and just a few kilometres from the beaches of Mazzara and Isola Bella.

The 400 square meter villa develops over 2 levels.

On the ground floor you will find a large living area with a sitting room (with ornamental fireplace) and a living room with comfortable seating and a big screen and projector. There is a large dining room (with table and chairs) and a large, well-equipped kitchen (with table and chairs). You will also find a double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower), a guest bathroom (with toilet and washbasin), a tearoom and a study.

From the living room, two staircases lead to the first floor where you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with en-suite bathrooms (one with a shower and bath and one with a shower), one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with an en-suite bathroom (with shower) and a separate bathroom (with shower).

Please note: the beds are standard Italian size (160x190cm for the double ones). There are 13/14 steps in each staircase (there are two in the house).

The outside area is composed of a garden with a private pool (5 m x 7 m; depth 1.5 m; open from 01.01 to 31.12.23; heated up to a maximum of 25 degrees; the pool will be covered from November 1st to April 30th with a domed plastic cover that slides on one side; cost: see electricity consumption) and terraces (with tables and chairs) where you can dine outside or just relax in the sun by the pool.
