We needed to contact Gina a couple f times early in our 3-week stay, and she responded within minutes and took care of the issues immediately. I’ve had several back surgeries and am always apprehensive about sleeping on another mattress, but this one was extremely comfortable. "Great stay. Close to West Orange Trail. Very quiet setting.The kitchen, bath, living area were all great. My only suggestions for improvements are more hooks or towel bars in bathroom to hang towels to dry. Instructions needed for the remotes for the fans, lights. My husband prefers a firmer mattress and thought it was too soft and lumpy."

"We stayed at this house over Thanksgiving weekend. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, very close, 3 min, to downtown Clermont. Everything was very clean, beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed for a fun stay. The host is very responsive and the check-in and out process was super easy! Its about 35min west of Orlando, an easy trip over if you want or need to go, but we preferred downtown Clermont and recommend Pepe's Cantina for yummy Mexican and Suncreek Brewery. "
