Enjoy this cute birds nest with breathtaking views. This is a studio with a kitchen and ensuite bathroom, private driveway, porch and entrance. Beautiful renovated and furnished to suit everyone's needs with gorgeous views you can see from your bed! The kitchen is cute and well equipped to cook a beautiful meal. The bathroom has been renovated recently and has a walk in shower. Downtown Clermont is a walk distance away separated by the 50 HWY. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. FWY, Studio is attached to the main house. Please be considerate and respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at this lovely bungalow. It was exactly as pictured . Perfect for a couple. It was so tastefully decorated. It had a wonderful welcoming feel as you walked in the door. We were in town to celebrate our granddaughters 16th birthday. So we were quite busy the time we were there. I wish we had more time there to walk , and look around the cute town of Clermont. Maria was quick responding to questions which was much appreciated. She also recommended a place for breakfast for our whole family to try it was amazing. Its Cheeser's Palace Cafe on West Montrose . Would highly recommend it. We'll be back .

Just fabulous!

The space is cozy, lovely, acros the water for nice views. I stayed to attend my daughter’s softball tournament the week and it was just what we needed. She came to have dinner with me most nights drove her home and the area was safe and lovely. I wish there was an oven or airfryer. I totally missed that in the description of the property. That would make the status even more perfect

Perfect Stay

This is a great place to stay, so cute and has everything you need. Our host was very responsive to every question. It’s a perfect location and has the best view for a morning coffee. Would definitely stay again in the future!

It sat right across from the lake with a small view. the unit was clean and ready for us, it had all the amenities we needed for a short stay. I travel to Clermont at least once a year, i'd love to stay here again.

Great place!

We had a wonderful time - this vrbo is so cute and has everything we needed for our visit. The home is well stocked, clean and has an amazing view of the lake. The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and waterfront park. We will come again!

It was very cozy and the best part I liked was that everything was nice and clean it felt like all the dishes, pots and pans were new which I loved!! And the place was Fl very clean. I felt comfortable walking bare foot which is rare for me.
