"This property is just like described in a quiet space near the city of Clermont and easily accessible to the freeway. The place is fully furnished to cook a meal, take a shower, watch television making it very comfortable. Outdoors there are alot of places to relax in the shade and there is even a grill for outdoor cooking. I would definitely stay here again and am happy to stay its pet friendly."

"Love the villa location, have stayed nearby before, but this has an excellent pool area not over looked. Also a very quiet area, we enjoyed watching the wildlife while lounging around the pool. Didn’t use the the kitchen much, as we ate out everyday, but was well equipped. There also a pool table and beach/pool equipment available in the garage. Had a fantastic stay and would like to return in the future if possible. Thanks Roy"

"The property worked out well for our family. The house was plenty big enough for all and we loved the extras. The pool/hot tub cycles are a bit strange. One won’t heat while the other does, but we were able to work around it. The immediate neighborhood seemed fine. It seemed to be a mix of more actual residents and some rentals here and there. The outdoor pool area could use a few more chairs and the enclosure needs some attention."

The house is ok and the pool is nice jacuzzi makes a big difference thanks to the kindness of the owner he made sure we had it heating whenever we needed . Owner is great with communication and easy to work with . I will recommend to others for that price. Thank you again for everything."
