"The staff "upgraded" us to a room by the pool when we checked in. The only issue was the room did not have privacy curtains. Everyone from the pool could see into our room. At night, the pool security lights lit up the room like daytime. The staff was nice enough to give us another room after we had already checked in earlier in the day."
