Extremely Disappointing Stay – Do Not Recommend
Our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The property is very dirty, visibly poorly maintained, and has a strong, overwhelming smell of humidity throughout. Everything feels old, neglected, and in urgent need of proper cleaning and repairs.
We were moved twice to different rooms, and every single one had cockroaches, poor cleanliness, and serious maintenance issues. The rooms lacked basic amenities such as a fridge and a safe, which should be standard. The air conditioners didn’t work properly, and the infrastructure overall was in terrible condition.
We also needed a crib, and the hotel attempted to charge us $5 per night, plus a $100 deposit, which felt unreasonable given the already poor conditions.
Although the front desk staff was polite and listened to our complaints, they showed very little empathy when we reported that someone had entered our room in the middle of the night. Despite multiple incidents, room changes, and repeated concerns, all they offered was a $20 discount on a reservation of over $400, which was completely unacceptable.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid this hotel. There are many other options in the area with far better cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience.
