Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The space
Open-plan living areas flow comfortably from room to room, making it easy for a group of ten to spread out or come together. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep every corner of the home cool, and fast wifi at 287 Mbps means streaming, video calls, and keeping up with the outside world all happen without friction. A dedicated workspace in a common area is there when anyone needs it.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep the group with room to spare. Two king master suites each include a private ensuite bathroom, smart TV, ceiling fan, and storage - one opens directly onto the pool area. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth is a themed room with two single beds. A queen sofa bed in the family room rounds out the sleeping options. A crib, Pack 'n play/travel crib, and standalone high chair are always on-site for younger guests.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is set up for real cooking - a GE refrigerator, Samsung stainless steel electric stove, single oven, dishwasher, and generous prep space make it easy to handle meals for a crowd. A drip coffee maker and Keurig machine cover morning routines, and a dining table brings everyone together at mealtimes.

Bathrooms
Three bathrooms cover the group with a mix of bathtub and shower options. Bathroom essentials, hair dryer, and shower gel are provided, and one master bathroom includes a bidet.

Entertainment & family features
The air-conditioned game room comes stocked with arcade games, a pool table, life size games, and a large TV - a go-to spot for evenings in. A separate children's playroom is filled with toys, books, and board games covering ages 0 through 10 and beyond. Smart TVs throughout the home carry Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Roku, and standard cable. Exercise equipment is available for guests who want to keep up a routine.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a screened private pool and spa, available year-round and open 24 hours - pool and spa heating is offered for an extra fee. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and a private BBQ grill make the patio a natural gathering spot. The private backyard and lake access give the group more room to roam.

Community & extras
Free resort access includes a shared gym, sports courts, an outdoor playground, and a fishing lake - great options when you want a change of scenery without leaving the community. The home accommodates pets, welcomes long-term stays, and offers self check-in via smart lock. Free driveway parking for up to four vehicles is available on-site, with street parking nearby. Housekeeping can be arranged for an extra cost. Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front and back of the property - none point to any interior spaces. Breakfast is provided.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
