"I wanted to go to Richmond because I’m a huge Ted Lasso Fan! This hotel was beautiful! The foyer area was decorated for Christmas. The staff carried our bags in for us. It is perked up on a hill and walkable to the town. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Felt very safe here! "

"Notre séjour a l'hôtel à était parfait. Accueil magnifique , tout le personnel était très gentil et accueillant et souriant le jour d'arrivée ainsi que tous les autres jour. Quand ont est rentré sa sentais super bon dans la chambre , la chambre était très belle et très propre et très confortable. Ont avait le bus devant l'hôtel et le centre de richmond était tout proche ont peut y aller en bus ou même a pied . Tout était parfait !"

Tge reason for this is because for Value for money considering its London its really good especially with parking slots and the train station just down the road like a 3 minute walk. The staff were really good and helpful i didnt feel i needed anything more for the amount this cost me. Thank you to the gentleman who were at reception and were a friendly bunch. My son enjoyed his first visit to London and...

"I would love to emphasise the helpfulness of the staff. My payment card kept being declined and not at anypoint they made me fell uncomfortable. We managed tonwork towards the solution. Hence I hive a top mark for my stay. Eventhough the room was on top of a busy pub, I didnt hear a word of the crowd downstairs. The room had a fan that helped a bit with the humid night but probably next time I will choose not the single room. Thank you for all your kindness"
