"Driving into the neighborhood of the Cottage made us feel at home. The property is very inviting and cozy. The inside of the cottage is bright and welcoming. The kitchen is perfect size for the 2 of us and everything was cleaned, labeled and ready to use. The bed is very comfortable and the mountain view from the bedroom is amazing! We enjoyed being able to walk up to the front yard area to enjoy our coffee and more of the view also. Almost every day of our stay we got to see moose in the yard...

"We came to Alaska for a week to visit our son and his family. The house was spacious with renovated decor and very comfortable. We hosted a family dinner several nights and had more than enough room to gather. Our grandchildren enjoyed the toys and art supplies left by the hosts. We would highly recommend this property. "Our stay was wonderful! Not only was this house close to the ice rink and town but it was also very spacious. Plenty of room for everyone in the kitchen or hanging out around the table. The grill worked great for some tasty steaks. The deportation was nice with the adults choosing the two rooms upstairs while the kids stayed downstairs in the two rooms that had twin beds. "4 master bedrooms with private bathrooms and a large kitchen. What else could you ask for? Unbelieveable stocked kitchen with all the staples included. 2 full size refrigerators and 2 washer and dryers We hiked Bodenburg Butte first morning and then hit Independence Mine( still snow covered in Mid May). The Butte hike took about 2 hours and was well worth all the stairs!!! We stayed on top for a half hour enjoying the view Felicia is an an amazing host and quick to reply. We had no issues!!"

"Overall, the property served us well, as we were on a business trip for two nights. The views are truly incredible from the deck and the front window of the home. Be sure to grab some bottled water or anything else you may need on your way, stores and restaurants are not too far away, but not extremely convenient either. Keep in mind that there is only one shower in the home, so if you are traveling with kids, you’ll just need to plan your morning accordingly. The lake is absolutely beautiful...

"This beautiful home won’t disappoint even the most discerning guests. The architecture is simply amazing and no expense was spared. The master fireplace was a warm welcome for us in the last of the winter cold. Plenty of windows allowed us to watch planes coming and going throughout the day, and the beautifully decorated billiards room and bar was enjoyed at night. Kelly went out of her way to insure our vacation was everything we hoped for. We can’t wait to come back."
