"Everything was amazing"

"The best hotel we've stayed at in Kyoto. Very spacious, even for the smaller room. Great front desk staff and amenities, with a washer/dryer in each room. A 4-minute walk from the Yamato luggage delivery service and 18 minutes to Kyoto Station, with a Family Mart 15 seconds from the front door. Highly recommended!"

"Pre check in was available, easy to do. The room we booked was quite spacious, exceptionally clean and quite luxurious. The washer-dryer combo unit worked well. Laundry detergent was provided. We used it on a daily basis, clothes came out completely dry. Pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, a knife, scissors and dish soap were provided in the kitchen. I cannot find a single negative thing to say about this place even if I wanted to nit pick. Definitely recommended for a family traveling...

This was a great place for us to spend our 5 nights in Kyoto as it was close/walking distance from Kyoto station and had more than enough space for our family of four. We were looking for something that had ensuite laundry and a kitchenette so we could prepare our own meals, and this location had both. "This Kyoto hostel completely overturned my impression of local accommodations being typically cramped. Very clean and comfortable. "Perfect traditional stay. Very nice. Host very good with communication "

"The location was good enough and convenient for getting around. The room was more spacious than most hotel rooms in Japan, which we really appreciated. Having a washing machine inside the room was also a great feature. Since we usually ate out, this was not an issue for us, but guests planning a longer stay and intending to cook may find the kitchen equipment quite limited. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying here again."
