"Room was very clean and tidy. More than enough space for the two of us. Tea and coffee making machine in the room, as well as a mini fridge, which was unexpected, but very welcome. A variety of breakfast items are available as well as an option for full english. Hosts Richard and Karen were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again, and would thouroughly recommend staying at The Clarence."

"The proximity to the beach, the town centre, the pavilion, pubs and restaurants……all within walking distance. The Lantana have parking permits for display on the dashboard ….such a plus in a busy town where parking is at a premium."

Slight Communication breakdown we felt but overall had a fab stay. Reccommeded by us."

"Everything about this property was lovely, the decor and garden were beautiful, bed comfy and good bathroom. The owners were warm and welcoming. Breakfast delicious. Nice quiet neighbourhood yet only a short drive to beachfront. Couldn’t ask for anything else. Only one slight criticism was the bedroom was very hot. Otherwise perfect. Definitely one to return to. "Firstly the host, Neill, is quick to respond to questions, helpful and welcoming. The booking and checking in process was very straightforward. The mobile home itself was spacious and very well thought out - more storage than others we’ve stayed in, especially in the bathroom (although a couple of hooks for towels would be helpful).
