"Wonderful experience, very friendly welcome, many really appreciated small details, like good quality teas, biscuits, water and hot chocolate in the room, bathroom stocked with cotton wool and good quality shampoo shower gel etc. The room was very well maintained, it wasn´t so big (we booked the last room available) but big enough and very comfortable and cosy. "Really nicely presented hotel in a great location. 5 mins from train station and five mins from the town. Rooms on the smallish side, however the balcony helps as a place to relax. Very friendly and courteous staff so we recommend a stay if you are in the area."

"This lovely hotel is well positioned for a stay in St Ives. It’s out of the town which makes parking and travelling around very easy. You can catch a bus or taxi to the centre easily. The restaurant could be improved - if you had a great chef in the hotel - this place would be awesome. At the moment it’s pretty hard to get cooked toast with your poached eggs at breakfast. The staff too are pretty changeable some are fantastic - others one guy in particular, tired and in need of a holiday...
