"It was a lovely place to stay in, It said decorated for Christmas mas but all they had was a Christmas tree, So glad we brought our own Christmas decorations, The kitchen was superb had everything you could need to cook a great meal and more, Our one issue was there was no TV in the main bedroom, But other than that we were more than happy, The swimming pool was fantastic as well the sauna and steam room, It was extremely relaxing place and a stones throw from St Ives."

"The property is tired. Some of the staff worked hard. Some were obviously inexperienced. But the big problem was there were not enough capable staff. Long waiting times for food. Ordering systems that failed. Simple things like getting your own coffee at breakfast did not work. Altogether a lack of energy and commitment to getting things right was missing. No obvious management. Fabulous views, great weather. Frustrating hotel. We stayed one night. Could not imagine staying longer. What a lost...
