"I was supposed to get a 2 Queen beds and a side bed for my stay, the staff told me they couldn’t help me and have me a 1 Queen bed with a sofa bed. It was horrible. 3 adults with 2 children sharing such small space."

"Overall, we felt like this hotel was a good value for the money. The location was very convenient, about 10 minutes from downtown, with an H-E-B not far from the hotel. The neighborhood is still developing and a little rough around the edges, but we felt safe during our stay.
The room itself was nice and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were on the train-track side of the building, so we did hear trains coming through during the day, but thankfully it wasn’t an issue at night....

"The Archer is a gorgeous property with absolutely beautiful suites with balconies. The staff is excellent. I truly love the area, The Domain. The hotel is perfectly situated in this area with tons of upscale shops and a mix of restaurants. We enjoyed our suite so much! The bed was incredible! It was so nice to have the balcony. It was huge! We loved people watching and relaxing. You can’t go wrong with this upscale hotel!"

"We did not like the fact that we had to ‘ask’ for cleaning service. There were no signs saying that. We ended up staying 4 nights and only got our room cleaned once which we had to ask for. We saw trash outside one of the rooms, too.
Also, the breakfast was only so-so. Very few muffins, bread and they kept running out of eggs. Tables were not cleaned."
