"Firstly, there is a 139 dollar resort fee which I was not informed of. I ordered room service 2 of the items did not arrive. I went down to politely ask for our missing items. I was told to calm down, and sit down. The staff was treating me that I was speaking another language finally the manager came and told us he would refund the order. This never happened. Also our tv in our room wasn’t working. I tried calling reception multiple times but no one ever answered. I would like to receive my 139...

"First room I was given the bathroom looked dirty, there was hair and dirt on the floor and in the shower. Gross. I went and asked for a new room, they gave me a new room key, went to my new room and someone was already in the room! They gave me a key to someone’s room! How does that happen. Ok next room I get there is a pair of USED PANTIES under the sink counter. I asked for a refund and was told to contact Expedia for a refund. When Expedia contacted the property the front desk refused to...

Although the AC was repaired, the window leak was not fixed. The solution provided was to leave towels to catch the water, rather than repair the leak.
I appreciate that the AC issue was resolved, but I am disappointed that the window leak remained unresolved and that towels were used as a temporary...

"Nothing unique. Desk staff was not helpful. Tv didn't work. Internet wasn't free...and no one asked me if I had a membership or (I do) nor that I needed to use the membership for the internet to be free. Seems like my membership should be in the computer, or at least asked about at check in. Bathroom didn't have normal soap, the wall mounted soap was empty. I've stayed at Tru a lot this place is nice but our welcome by the desk was rushed, impersonal and when I told him where should we park so...
