"Definitely a 5/5 hotel! The staff were very helpful in assisting with any questions we had, in helping us get our Didis, and everything we needed. The hotel is extremely clean and well kept as well, in a great location. I would definitely recommend staying here."

Grand Central Hotel Shanghai
"체크인 하고 룸상태는 머리카락 몇가닥이 있긴했지만 엄청 더러운 수준은 아니였음 체크인 체크아웃 생각보다 시간이 많이걸렸다 체크인은 대기가 좀 길었고 체크아웃은 새벽시간이라 그런지 직원이 혼자서 바빠보였다 주변에는 작지만 웬만한거 다 있는 로손이 있었고 주변 배달음식점이 많아서 아침이나 저녁에도 먹을만한게 많았다 호텔에 로봇이 있긴했지만 룸서비스 는 사람이했고 배달음식도 1층 픽업존 까지 가서 받아야했다 수영장도 있지만 넓거나 옥상 야외 있는게 아니라 별로일거 같아서 시설사용은 하지않았다 객실청소는 점심마다 받았는데 깨끗하게 잘해주고 ..."
