"The room was amazing, the bed was very comfortable and the deep soaker tub was great. I could hear the airplanes going by but and it was quite loud, but it didn’t bother me. The staff were nice and responded quickly when i had an issue with my non smoking room smelling like smoke. I will be back next time I am in Shanghai"

Great water pressure in the shower. The laundry room on the 4th floor was a huge plus—wash and dry in one go. Nice gym for a quick morning workout, and the rooftop terrace has an amazing view of Lujiazui at night.
