"This is a very nice hotel in a great area. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The business center helped me print a few pages I needed urgently and did not charge me. The Sky Bar gave me a 20% discount for staying in the hotel the day I arrived. On the day I checked out at noon, I went to the Sky Bar for two Negroni's before heading to the airport at two and the waitress refused to give me a discount as I was no longer a guest at the hotel since I had checked out. Crazy. In my mind...
