Room was very comfortable and spacious, water bottles provided in room everyday, good aircon, breakfast was good with variety of western and Asian. Also had free diy laundry with both washer and dryer availability and free detergent. I would definitely book again when visiting Shanghai again."

"Gut eingerichtetes Hotel. Man muss bedenken, dass es kein internationales Hotel ist - bedeutet: die Mitarbeiter sprechen kaum bis wenig Englisch. In den Zimmern gab es keine Safes. Die Reinigungskraft schob um 8 Uhr morgens einen Zettel unter unsere Türe auf Chinesisch und fragte wann wir gehen würden, damit sie putzen kann. Ich fand das sehr übergriffig. Gegen 10 haben wir unser Zimmer verlassen und sie lief uns hinterher und fragte ob wir nun gehen und wie lange wir weg sind. Das geht halt...

From the point where you step in, the staff was excellent and the food was just spoilt for choice. Room was clean, nice and view of the bund made it special. I would highly recommend this hotel. "I honestly will recommend this place to anyone. The staff was very helpful with the language barrier we manage to use google translate and so did the staff breakfast was delicious, and our room had the river view and we can see the Oriental Pearl tower. Beautiful sunrise from our room. It’s located right across the river where you can walk to the Bund. We also walk to the local restaurants and other shops near by. I will stay here again. Thank you staff for your smiling face and always helpful...
