"This hotel is walkable to Yu Garden and we can view the bund from across the river. There’s a lots of restaurant and store in the area. Room is clean, staff is nice, the only thing is that they need to make it better is that they need to have someone greeting from the main entrance because its confusing since the main loby is on tha 5th floor. "All was okay - great location, fine staff, good food options, sufficient toiletries and towels, free water, tea, and coffee, though no safe; laundry and spa facilties were there too, though I did not use them - too time consuming and expensive, respectively (was not impressed by the look of the spa - had to wait long for anybody to attend to me), but the most objectionable thing was that I was fooled - I booked a room with city view but got the view of an empty terrace and windows of other rooms...
