"Always staying here when I’m in Shanghai catching flight leaving come Pudong. Customer service is excellent, even the room service lady. Ask for help from the lady (didn’t get her name. The best swimming pool among all the hotels I stayed last year. Friendly and polite staff members and great service. Two minor things. They have laundry rooms, but you need to get tokens from the front desk. If they change it to pay-via-an-app or free, that would be better. Although the swimming pool...
