"Had to wait in line for check in. Staff was cool and impersonal. Room and cleanliness was fine. Breakfast was below average. Eggs were watery as was the batter for the waffles. Coffee okay. The facility was rather full and noisy. Probably would not stay again. "

"While the hotel was renovated several years ago, it's still an old hotel with small rooms. Having said that, it seemed clean. Our biggest concern was the railroad track across the road. Trains rumbled through frequently, usually waking us up. The other issue was our bed sheets. They seemed old, thin, and yellowed. On a positive note, a very nice large area for breakfast. Breakfast was very good!"

"Absolutely AMAZING staff. The front desk person was so helpful. She noticed our two rooms were far apart and changed them so they were two doors down from each other. I asked for sheets for the pullout and told them to go ahead and leave them while we were gone to dinner. When we arrived back they had made the pullout for me. Housekeeping told me they would request the late checkout, so I didn’t need to go to the front desk. Everyone was so extremely helpful. The rooms are a bit outdated, but...

"The young woman checking us in was fantastic! (Back after being gone a while) The jacuzzi was great, but could not get the bubbles to work. Also, the shower door setup made it nearly impossible to keep the bathroom floor dry."

"My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and had friendly dispositions. The parking lot was well lit with clear views all around. The best part was breakfast, there was a buffet with hot eggs, sausages and very tasty potatoes. There was a variety of other items to choose from as well. My only complaint is that the elevator had a very bad odor the evening I got there and it was still there when I left the next morning. But overall I was happy with my stay. "

"We were happy to find a good price and nice hotel and room to spend the night in on our way home from Arizona headed up to Utah. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. It appeared to be some construction going on around the outside of the hotel, so finding a place for our dog to go was a little hard, but, we made it work. Overall, we would recommend the Best Western."

"The pool was closed and the restaurant had limited menu due to a “situation in the kitchen.” Also I was not aware that the property is actually a time-share and did not appreciate trying to be sold one after having just spent 8hrs driving. The property and tiny homes are nice but we really wanted to use the pool and could not."
