"Our room was dirty, with urine stains in the bathroom. Sheets were dirty and stained with hair in the bed. Pillow cases were yellow. The room was so dirty and unpleasant we did not end up staying there. We requested a cancellation and went somewhere else."

"We were happy to find a good price and nice hotel and room to spend the night in on our way home from Arizona headed up to Utah. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. It appeared to be some construction going on around the outside of the hotel, so finding a place for our dog to go was a little hard, but, we made it work. Overall, we would recommend the Best Western."

"Its a great option. Online it appears as if it is much more updated than it is, but it is a great set up. The bed is a full bed and ideally they do a queen at a minimum, but there are a lot of positives."

"The Americana is a gem along route 66 in Flagstaff. The lobby is has fun decor, board games and lots of seating room to enjoy some time with your travel partners. The rooms are clean and beds are super comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating."
