"I booked an Executive Ocean View room. However when I got to the room, it had a blocked view out of the double silding doors. Upon enquiry into the situation, the hotel gave me a complimentary upgrade to an Executive "Suite" Ocean View. I think, this is very kind of Bali beach hotel and team to help with this situation, and my hats off to Bali Beach hotel. This is an excellent place to stay with just the very top level facilities and amenities. Only down side I saw was that the vegitarian menu...

The room had everything plus the little things that are sometime missing like Drawer space, closet Hanging space, a Jack stand for your luggage, a Desk, keyless card entry, and black out curtains. The AC and WiFi worked well. Oh AND the pillows were amazing on the bed. Great pillows. 4 on the King anyway. The pools, the restaurant / bar and swim up bar were great to have on property. The pool deck is SUNNY most of the day! 10am-4:30pm in May (yes, we all want to know...

"This hotel was amazing!!! We had the best experience we could have asked for. Each night they arrange a different event for the guests, We had a BBQ on the beach one night and an acoustic performance finished with karaoke on our last night, which ended it perfectly. The staff were ever so helpful and attentive, as well as extremely friendly and welcoming. 5 stars and would definitely stay again!"

"Stayed for a week. The service was good, but the breakfast could’ve been much nicer. It’s hard to enjoy a peaceful breakfast when construction noise is basically part of the morning menu. Overall, a decent stay, just not quite the relaxing atmosphere I expected."
