"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower.
The swimming pool is a municipal swimming pool open for everybody. One 100 meter pool with warm water, so not suitable for professional swim training. Between the swimming pool and the room is a childrens swimming pool with a lot of noise, mainly from music. The view on the...

"The hotel is big and is a bit dated. The family room was huge, plenty for 4. The location is far north end of Sanur beach - which is good for the port to islands, but otherwise a long way from main restaurant, bar & shopping areas. The air conditioning in the rooms smelt, and needs servicing. Breakfast buffet was good."

"The costumer services was excellent, the property clean, nice room, good breakfast, they offer tours here so you don’t have to worry if you didn’t book in advance, the only thing it’s important to know, is not located in central Ubud, its like 15-20 minutes from there, but they offer free shuttle once a day to drop you and pick you up.
They also have shuttle service to the airport for a fee."

"We got the room with pool. It was bigger than expected which was a pleasant surprise, and the room itself was spacious. The buffet breakfast was great quality with a variety of options. "The room is clean and very tidy. The front desk staff is very helpful. I come to Bali for an educational event for 12 days and the front desk has arranged me the taxi service to drop off and pick up from the event. Even sometime the driver has to pick me up from the event at 1:00 am in the morning. There is no need for me to worry for the pick up due to the heavy rain. The service of the hotel is excellent. "The resort was beautiful. Definitely had the wow factor. The staff were all so attentive and lovely. Prices for food and drink were expensive but breakfast was great.
