"We would like to formally request a significant refund of a portion of our stay. This apartment is definitely not as described in the listing (and our neighbors next door who rented from you also had similar issues and open a formal inquiry) - for many reasons: + the pool was not able to be used until Friday (we checked in Tuesday) and even then not clean + the washer/dryer handle is broken and not able to open - we were required to take all of our laundry to a laundromat and pay to launder it...

"Property is about twenty minutes by cab to tourist destinations. Some nice eating and drinking places around property visited by locals. Bathroom toilet didn’t work and we were not able to get it fixed even though we stayed for three nights. Also, the sliding door to patio was very very difficult to open as if it hadn’t been opened for a while. After opening and closing numerous times, it worked fine. "

"Zu viert war das Appartement doch fast zu eng, vor allem das 2. Schlafzimmer ist eigentlich ein Einzelzimmer. Der generelle Zustand ist in die Jahre gekommen und es sollte an einigen Stellen renoviert werden. Z.B. Kaputte Küchenfronten, gerissene Scheibe des Kochfelds, Tür zum Balkon konnte nicht mehr verriegelt werden. Ansonsten liegt das Appartement gut. Mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe, sowie Bus und Bahn im Umfeld"

"This apartment was located in a block that seemed to be all rented to holidaymakers, in a part of town some distance from the old town, but accessible by metro, about 5 minutes walk away. It was clean and we had no major complaints, but there were a few issues: the kitchen was equipped with only the bare minimum - there was absolutely nothing left at all, no salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee...
