"The hosts and wonderful property manager could not have been more helpful from before we left UK and throughout our stay (we love you Mr Shaw!). The free airport pick and drop off was SO helpful.The house comfortably accommodated our family - 8 adults. "Our absolute favorite part of being in Jamacia was staying in the Dragon Fly Cottage hosted by Geneva and her husband Shawn and their three sons. Everyday Geneva would cook a fantastic breakfast and dinner, served hot and after the meal would take the dirty dishes away. Right off our deck was avocados, jackfruit, all spice, papaya as well as a mango tree just down the path. The view was amazing. "We thought the property was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our extended 7 day & 6 night stay. Barry was so gracious, helpful, friendly & kind. The property grounds were well maintained by Barry. He even shared the fruits that were planted on the trees in the garden. We got to experience the real Jamaica by staying at this home and not at the resorts. We will definitely be coming back to stay there when we visit Montego Bay in the future. "

"We fully enjoyed our stay. On arrival we had a few issues mainly because we arrived early and had some missed communication with Nadia. She promptly helped us resolve a few minor issues and the rest of our stay was literally a breeze, as in wonderful sea breezes! "It was a good experience overall, love the customer service, decor and catering services. It is a good-sized property, quite a bit to explore. The gym and spa offerings are the best I have seen so far and I have been to quite a few hotels in Jamaica. The entertainment certainly needs further planning, excitement, build-up of activities and longer duration. Kindly ban smoking at Princess Grand. Not a place for kids; and it was a turn off for us as well."

"El asistente de Manager el sr.Malon, fue muy amable y con un pequeño percanse que tuvimos el nos compenso por el mal momento..La comida muy buena y variada tds los dias...uno de los Chef al yo decirle que unos de los camarones que habian cocinado...estaban riquisimos, pero para mi muy picantes...a lo que el Sr. Isaias no dudo en hacermelos sin pique...un gesto muy amable de su parte."

"WiFi es pésimo! Si van, mejor es que tengan un buen plan de roaming. Habitaciones super limpias e impecables! La Comida es super plain solo para gente local. En algunos casos, un poco picante. Desayuno super pobre. La playa excelente! Muy pero muy buena, solo le falta donde están las escaleras para bajar al mar por varios lados repararlas o poner escalones de metal como cuando entras a las piscinas! Hay comida como Pollo, Hamburguesas, Papa fritas... Y sodas y tragos. Básico pero esta bien. El salón de comida solo tiene abanicos y hace mucho calor (vapor). Le falta mucho al hotel para mejorar y podrían por la ubicación con esa playa privada. Los show de las noches, no son buenos. Honestamente por el precio, esta muy bien pero si eres exigente, no te lo recomiendo. Nosotros la pasamos bien solo por su linda playa... El hip street que esta cerquita del hotel es un malo! No hay vida nocturna. No sirve y lo único que hay es montón de tiendas que venden souvenirs......"
