"clean comfortable room, very reasonably priced. TWO blocks to all St. Pete has to offer. Furnished with vintage and antique furniture. Jetted tub and shower. VERY quiet and peaceful. The home was very clean with access to all common areas. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in downtown St. Pete. Very safe neighborhood. (Full disclosure: I lived in this neighborhood for the past 10 years before relocating to NC. Returned for a wedding.)"

"Rooms in a historic old house that is big enough to give you privacy snd quiet from the noise from downtown while still being near to walk. Parking was a bit of a challenge if you came home late but you don’t need to drive it’s great. Lots of bars and restaurants just s couple blocks away and only a couple blocks from the bay."

"Cute place! It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the room itself was cute, very clean, and had a really comfortable bed. There was a slight snafu with the door code, and when I called they immediately picked up and took care of it. Great service. Walkable to a lot of great restaurants, parks, and museums."

"We arrived late after our flight was delayed only to find that the door code provided would not work to gain us entry. After hours on the phone with VRBO we gave up. This was around 3am at this point after traveling all day. We couldnt get anyone from the property management company on the phone until the following day at which time they acknowledged that their keypad software was malfunctioning and they offered us less than we paid for the night back as a refund. "Black mold, bugs (both dead and alive!), leaking AC units, windows that don’t lock. Terrible. Not making this up… I have photos and videos. Just don’t stay here - it’s cheap for a reason! Did I mention visible black mold!?!? Not clean, not healthy, not safe. "

"We were so happy with our trip. We traveled back and forth to Baseball City to watch our son play. The location of this home was amazing. We only used our rental car for the baseball games. We strolled along Beach Avenue in the morning and evening. We had delicious dinners, great coffee, and fun. "
