Small complex of 16 houses with a swimming pool to share (25 m x 12 m). 300 meters far from the beach, up to 6 people + 2 children up to 2 years (cot). Air conditioner. 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. Magnificent qualities. Newly renovated. Parking 2 cars. A small garden with terrace just in front of the swimming pool. Mooi en gerieflijk huis, alles aanwezig, goed bed, proper.

Het huis zelf is mooi en zelfs beter dan de advertentie, is degelijk gemeubeld, de bedden zijn ook goed, alles is aanwezig, ook in de keuken, van koffie, kruiden, olie, ... degelijk kookmateriaal,... alles zoals thuis eigenlijk. Het gemeenschappelijk zwembad buiten is niet verwarmd en is in de maand december te koud om te zwemmen. Maar in de lente en zomer zal dat fantastisch zijn. De zee met rustig strand op wandelafstand. Pasito Blanco is in het zuiden en zeer goed gelegen om met een huurauto andere stadjes en stranden te bezoeken, te gaan eten, winkelen, markt bezoeken, ... er is rondom heel veel te beleven. Ook wandelen in de bergen of de hoodstad bezoeken kan allemaal gemakkelijk met auto van hieruit. In Pasito Blanco zelf valt wel niks te beleven een haven met veel boten maar geen mensen. En helemaal op het einde van de jachthaven de Jachtclub/ Bar. Is wel een rustige buurt. Je kan ook de taxi nemen maar het lijkt me beter een auto te huren aan de luchthaven en dan je ganse verblijf met de huurwagen alles te bezoeken. We hebben een leuke vakantie gehad en zou zeker nog eens terug gaan.

Pasito Blanco Blue Marlin 1

Environnement très agréable et très calme tout le long de la journée. Appartement bien agencé (même si sur trois niveaux) et parfaitement équipé, avec terrasse et balcon (chambre parentale) et avec jolies vues. Accès direct à la piscine. Commodités à 10 minutes en voiture. Très bon accueil et communication avec un propriétaire attentif à ses hôtes. A recommander pour qui recherche un lieu au soleil et reposant.

Einfach nur spitze!

Wir waren durchweg begeistert. Total schöne und gepflegte Anlage, super saubere, ausgestattete Wohnung. Der Blick vom Schlafzimmer im ersten OG ist einfach nur toll. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen. 100 % Weiterempfehlung. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin super nett und unklompiziert.

Schönes Haus und gute Wohngegend

Das Reihenhaus ist für eine Familie genau richtig, sauber, gut eingerichtet, gute Schlafzimmer mit ordentlichen Matratzen, sehr Ruhig, alles in Küche griffbereit, Internet und alle Kanäle im TV, Pasito Blanco ist ein Ort für den der Ruhe sucht, die Hot Spots des Tourismus sind ein paar Autominuten entfernt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt sehr gemütlich ohne zu viele Touristen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage. Der Strand ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Pool, an dem wir immer eine freie Liege gefunden haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet und Beatriz ist eine fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Alles perfekt !

Im Haus ist alles an Ausstattung da was man braucht – und sogar noch viel mehr! wenn es sehr ruhige Ecke, da dies eine Privat Anlage ist. Mit Schranke gesichert. Man kann zu Fuß mit gutem Schuhwerk von dort auch nach Meloneras und Maspalomas wandern. Die Besitzerin Beatriz ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell auf alle Fragen. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert!

Relaxing, super clean,anazing location

This is a fabulous villa to get away from it all. The beach is mostly deserted. There are no noisy bars or clubs. The yacht club is serene. Great for a family. Pool is cold but refreshing. We loved it.

Excellent location - modern house

We loved our stay at Beatriz' place and would return in a heartbeat. Everything was as described, Beatriz was extremely communicative and the location was perfect. Having a 4-year old, we liked the pool that backed onto the backyard, as well as the shallow sandy beach within easy walking distance. Great location near Maspalomas without the crowds.

Trés belle maison

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 6 (4 enfants) dans cette maison. L'emplacement de la maison est très bon, sécurisé, au calme (il n'y avait pas grand monde utilisant la piscine), à côté de la mer et du port et en-dessous du golf, à 5 minutes en voiture de Méloneras. La maison a une bonne exposition, ensoleillée et protégée par des stores. Elle est dans un très bon état (quasi neuf) avec tout l'équipement suffisant pour passer un séjour confortable. Le séjour est lumineux, spacieux il donne sur une terrasse confortable et un jardinet (vue piscine avec accès direct). La chambre parentale avec une terrasse est grande et lumineuse (sdb attenante), les autres chambres à l'étage inférieur beaucoup moins (1 sans fenêtre) mais cela n'a pas du tout gêné les enfants (sdb également). L' accueil de la propriétaire est très sympathique (petits présents dans la maison...)! Bref, nous sommes très satisfaits.

Lovely place!!!!

Lovely, cosy and clean, with all the amenities you could possibly need. Fantastic view of the harbour and sea from the upper bedroom and terrace!! When we arrived we had welcome gifts.... A nice touch. Within walking distance ( 5 minutes) of the harbour, beach, a small restaurant and a shop carrying the essentials you need for your stay such as water, milk, bread etc. Meloneras and Maspalomas are within a 10 minute taxi ride too. Thank you Beatriz!!

FANTASTICO!!!!

Hola, estuvimos unos dias en esta maravillosa casa. Esta totalmente equipada con todo lujo de detalle, limpia y muy espaciosa. La zona donde se encuentra es estupenda, con la playa a pocos metros , aunque también cuenta con piscina comunitaria. Los propietarios encantadores y muy atentos . La recomiendo! BLUE MARLIN 1, repetiremos seguro!! Familia con niños.

Everything is perfect about this villa. Perfect location.. perfect parking.. even perfect pool area and scenery. But there’s on room at the top of the property which is pictured above and the rest of the rooms are in the basement under neath the property and 1 by the front door as you enter the property. The few people I went with no one wanted to sleep down stairs and another thing was that the place was crawling with ants which was very off putting. Ants on the counter where you prepare food ants upstairs on the sink running around in the beds. So next time I’d stay in a 5 star hotel. This was my first so called luxury villa experience and I wouldn’t do it again.

Wonderful property and great location.

We had a wonderful 9 night stay at Beatriz and Juan's property in October. The house is spotlessly clean and wonderfully equipped. There was ample room for our party of five; 2 adults and 3 children aged 4, 7 and 10. The pool is right outside, (but gated and locked for peace of mind for those with small children) and the beach is a 2 minute walk away. It's a small cove which is only known to locals and those at Pasito Blanco. We loved the resort, so quiet and safe but close to Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles. We hired a car and visit Aqualand water park, Puerto de Mogan, beautiful Fataga, Maspalomas for camel riding and the beach, Holiday world and Palmitos park. Pasito Blanco is in a great location to visit these places, but a welcome retreat to retire to at the end of the day. We loved the pool, and often had it to ourselves (as well as making International friends there- for us and the kids) and ate at La Punta Yacht club in the resort. Beautiful location, great food and a friendly welcome. We would recommend this apartment, the wonderful hosts and Pasito Blanco to anyone - we had a wonderful holiday!

TOP Ferienhaus mit Vollausstattung

Hier stimmte alles. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Vom Toaster bis zum Fön und einer netten Vermieterin haben wir nichts vermisst. Der Privatpool der Gemeinschaftsanlage (insgesamt 18 Häuser) war meistens leer, also nur für uns da. Der nahe Strand liegt in einer kleinen Bucht und ist nur über die Anlage Pasito Blanco oder dem angrenzenden Golfplatz zu erreichen, so dass auch dieser immer schön leer und sauber war. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

The property was lovely. Clean and modern. A home from home!

It was a lovely property, the owners were really helpful. I would highly recommend this property! It was right by the pool and a few minutes walk from a quiet beach. Everything was provided from beach towels to a nice welcome pack. Plus it was peaceful and quiet. Hopefully my wife and I will be back again soon!

Simply beautiful

We had such a wonderful stay in this very beautiful villa. The owners have clearly thought of everything and so well equiped I even cooked a couple of times which is normally unheard of. The added extras - wine, chocolates and biscuits were such a lovely treat and was so grateful for the little oil package too. Upstairs the surprises continued with pretty little toiletries and an ensuite to die for. The pool area was so pleasant and would certainly recommend this place. We do wish we had rented a car to explore the hills around having said that the taxi service was excellent arriving mins from calling. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
