Casa Didia A is a spacious and welcoming apartment located on the lake promenade of Lake Garda. It sleeps four people. From Casa Didia A you will enjoy a charming view of the lake and of the other buildings. Casa Didia A is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the lake, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Salò, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the lake and the tourist port. You will find a number of restaurants a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 550 meters (602 yards), the bus stop at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggetta delle Rive beach) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles).
Casa Didia A is located on the first floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 23 stairway steps. Because of its convenient and central location, some music from restaurants and bars can be heard.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Didia A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 400 meters (440 yards), free of charge in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). The parking space is suitable for at most one car, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans, cars higher than 210 cm (82 inches).

Terrace
The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two sun umbrellas. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the lake and of the other buildings.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable, and include two single divan beds. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a three-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through three French doors. The room also has three Juliet balconies. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a smart TV. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large open shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
