"Sophie et Paul ont tout fait pour faciliter notre arrivée et notre sejour. Nous avons eu un temps merveilleux, idéal pour profiter du jardin et de la piscine. Nous avons pris tous les repas dehors. Comme l'indiquent d'autres voyageurs, un bémol sur l'insonorisation. Et l'une des chambre double est en mezzanine, sans entree privée ni volets. Très belle région, à découvrir !"

"The house is as stylish and capacious as the booking information suggests! We made full use of the cool indoor spaces and the pool during our stay at the height of a heatwave. Macqueville and the nearby villages are very quiet and we experienced the slightly unreliable hours of the village shop and restaurant. Booking there is essential. Also a special mention for Dave who was very helpful. "

"We had a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing fortnight. The gite is spacious, very clean and comfortable with everything you could need - a real home from home. Lovely pool which we used almost every day. Situated in a small hamlet but only a short drive to the nearest shops and plenty of places of interest a little further afield.
