La maison est très agréable avec des chambres de bonne taille. Le petit studio est idéal pour les jeunes ou une nounou. La piscine a régalé les grands et les petits ! "Wonderful place to stay with family.The pool and huge garden were great for the kids (well, for everyone really!).Lovely outdoor spaces and a great barbecue.Kitchen and dining area are large and very well equipped.Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable with nice towels and linens provided.Lounge area was large and comfortable - but all of the outdoor space is so lovely we hardly spent any time inside.Tracy is a great host - very helpful and easy to communicate with.Recommend Le Peyrat...

Vous trouverez dans ce gîte votre bonheur, de l"espace les enfants peuvent courir en toute sécurité des jeux dans la grange (vélo ,trotinette raquettes, ping pong etc... jeux de société) une grande piscine. des ballades au départ du gîte pour nos poilus! Super équipés pour nourrir la tribu ! Les propriétaires sont discrets et Marie toujours aussi efficace si besoin. Bien que nombreux chacun a trouvé sa place ! "

"This is a superb Gite which provided all the essentials to relax and enjoy our visit; including an extensive arrivals package. Both the Gite and garden are beautiful. The pool was large with extensive seating. The house was very comfortable and included air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Located just south of Bergerac town and the Dordogne it is ideally located to explore Saint-Emilion, Eymet, Issigeac, Monpazier, Molieres and beyond.
