"Lovely spacious house with great amenities. Nice outdoor area and parking right at the door. Top location for 5 min walk to restaurants or stores but quiet for a sleep in. 30min walk or short drive and park at railway station for train to many places. Kitchen very well stocked for cooking. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs with main bathroom downstairs. Ensuite shower is good. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend to others. "

"Prachtig huis met alle comfort. Wij verbleven er met kinderen en kleinkinderen, Vriendelijke ontvangst door Fred, goede bedden, genoeg borden, bestek…Groot zwembad, veilig afgebakend voor de kinderen. Prachtig overdekt terras om gezamenlijk te eten.Kortom een aanrader. "

"Wonderful place to stay with family.The pool and huge garden were great for the kids (well, for everyone really!).Lovely outdoor spaces and a great barbecue.Kitchen and dining area are large and very well equipped.Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable with nice towels and linens provided.Lounge area was large and comfortable - but all of the outdoor space is so lovely we hardly spent any time inside.Tracy is a great host - very helpful and easy to communicate with.Recommend Le Peyrat...

"This is a superb Gite which provided all the essentials to relax and enjoy our visit; including an extensive arrivals package. Both the Gite and garden are beautiful. The pool was large with extensive seating. The house was very comfortable and included air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Located just south of Bergerac town and the Dordogne it is ideally located to explore Saint-Emilion, Eymet, Issigeac, Monpazier, Molieres and beyond. "Check in war sehr gut. Fahrräder waren leider nicht alle nutzbar; vermutlich wegen unachtsamen Gebrauchs der Vormieter, ansonsten war alles perfekt.
