We called and spoke with Tom (who was helpful at checkin for my 2 rooms for 2 nights - so I remembered him ) Tom was very helpful to locate our item so we could return later for a secure rescue of it

"The staff was not the friendliest or welcoming at front desk, there was some Maintenance or other thing being done so the entire breakfast, table & chair area was closed off. We did not eat breakfast on site either day. There was only 2 bags of hot tea, both earl gray , and staff said they had no more tea on the premises. Our room smelled musty and damp and I had to use our body spray to make it pleasant. For the price of stay for 2 nights I expected better. "
