"Nice hotel with a very nice staff and a good location in Midtown. However, this was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Be prepared."

"The shower, conditioner and handwash bottles are not checked daily. We stayed 5 nights and ran out after the 2nd night. We had to ask 4 times to please please refill our bottles. They eventually did after a 48hr turnaround time. They also knew we were traveling with two kids (family of 4) and every day, they only gave us 2 towels. Every day we had to ask for more. Not the end of the world but annoying and shows lack of service. "

"First of all, the location of this hotel is amazing. Few minutes from penn station and a subway right at 28th station about 300ft from the hotel. The room was super clean and tidy, and staff are very friendly. Theres breakfast that at convenience cost, everything looked okay, but we skipped it. We were here during Christmas and the had 2 people at the front desk but generally only 1 person was assisting with check-in. So another long wait. If you stay here, just expect to wait for things.
