"I loved this hotel! Favorite place I’ve stayed in NYC yet. Beautiful rooms, great location, smoothie juice bar, and a garden outside perfect for daytime or ending the night. The check in staff could have been a bit more welcoming for the price but hey it’s new york after all lol. Also would say it’s geared towards a younger crowd especially with the roof / lobby clubs open on the weekends. Hope to be back soon!"

Unsere zwei Handgepäck Koffer konnten im Zimmer sehen. Es gab leider keine Kleiderbügel oder einen Schrank, nur ein paar Haken zum aufhängen. "My son and I were traveling and wanted two beds. In NYC that is difficult to find in a boutique hotel for a reasonable rate, but we found cute bunk bed options at Arlo online. The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view. "Lively place. Very convenient location with easy access to lots of nice restaurants and metro train stations. Very enjoyable stay."

"This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. The only thing I had an issue with was we had trouble getting hot water for showers. Other than that this place was amazing."

"I recently stayed for eight nights while visiting my daughters. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the housekeeping efficient. I especially enjoyed the ambiance of the main floor lounges and bar in the late afternoons. Also, there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood if you don't want to venture far. I would definitely stay here again."

"Convenient location right in the middle of the city, easy access to Penn Station and MTA just a couple blocks away. Room and bed were very comfortable, but bathroom door could use a little adjustment or a bit of trim to give anyone inside a bit more privacy. Would stay here again tho, no question!"
