"The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. Every need was taken care of for my entire family of 20, including a special beach bonfire for my 70th birthday celebration. "Ohne Zweifel, eines der besten Hotels in denen wir je waren! Es ist alles wie auf den Bildern und der Strand fantastisch. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern die super eingerichtet war. Die Küche war fast besser als zu Hause. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hat uns sogar einen late Checkout ohne Mehrkosten erlaubt. Taxis nach Tulum stehen direkt an der Ecke und kosten ca 20 U$. Einziger Nachteil, das Essen im Hotel war langweilig und völlig überteuert. Zwei gute Restis sind in 5...

"Another great visit. The airport shuttle is easy to organize and easy to find. The drivers are friendly and helpful, as is the Lomas Travel staff. The hotel remains wonderful. We cannot say enough about the staff. They are efficient, helpful, warm, and very friendly. There are too many wonderful people to mention by name, but it starts with Ula and we’ll stop there with individual names.
