I stayed at the Coba section of your resort last year and had a wonderful experience, both in terms of service and the overall environment. Based on that positive impression, I decided to return this year—this time choosing the Tulum section—and brought along friends and family.
Unfortunately, I regret this decision, as the quality of service has declined significantly. During dinner, no staff approached us to offer drinks, and overall service was minimal. The dining area was extremely noisy and overcrowded, which made the experience unpleasant. Additionally, the quality of the food was very disappointing—I found it difficult to enjoy any of the meals and ended up leaving the resort on most days to dine elsewhere.
I was also hoping to try the complimentary specialty restaurants; however, they were fully booked throughout our stay, and I was unable to make a reservation
