The rental was very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach which had a well maintained boardwalk which made for easy walking. Short drive to numerous restaurants in Belmar and Asbury Park. Very nice and spacious private bathrooms with walk in showers adjacent to each of the 3 bedrooms. Nicely handicap accessible. Slight issue with the listing indicating a hot tub as an amenity but this was admirably...

"We had the most wonderful week at the Sandy Hook Beach Cottages. The cottage itself was clean and charming. Opening the door and walking down to the private beach was magical. Location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. Dennis was available for any questions and incredibly welcoming. We can’t wait to bring our little family back again for many future vacations!"

"No Wi-Fi or television cable at the property. Communication with “property manager” was completely poor. Doesn’t respond. Place could be much nicer if maintained properly. Chipped walls, broken glass, no paper towels or toilet paper. Wood flooring with tons of scratches and creeks. Only saving grace was the shower pressure and beds were fully clean. Gets the job done if ya need a few beds to crash on but don’t expect much otherwise"
