"It was a beautiful place, lovely to relax in, service was excellent, love the gardeners, love the llamas (or alpacas - unclear), lovely jacuzzi. Could fit twelve people or six alpacas in the jacuzzi and still have room to do laps.
Unfort we were incredibly incapable of temperature regulation (possibly our fault). The dome became a whole greenhouse during the day and outside was somehow too cold unless you were in the jacuzzi. Also the drinking water situation was a challenge - BYOW. "

"The hotel is very clean and well kept. The hosts are responsive and helpful. They arranged a pick up from the airport and stored our bags when we were away on the inka trail. The room had comfortable beds and a small kitchen with the basics. We were very comfortable there. I would recommend for any family travelling with kids. The location is great too. Close to all the restaurants and shopping. "

"Zans was an absolute gem. The apartment was quiet, spotless and perfectly appointed. It was a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre, with a chicken restaurant and supermarket less than a minute away.
The customer service was the best we have had for a very long time. When you booked your breakfast, it was delivered and later d out on your dining table.
The beds were super warm, and there was heating if you needed it
Would highly recommend!"
