"I really liked this place. I stayed there for 4 nights; I was in Cancun to see my dentist. The place is kind of old, but they have put a lot of work into fixing it up. The reception area/building has (it appears) recently been re-stuccoed. It looks very clean, nice and classy. The women at reception were extremely nice. Teresa even helped save me when I went out for a walk and got lost. My room was freshly painted or re-stuccoed. It looked very nice and was spotlessly clean. A bug or two...

"This was our first time using VRBO to rent in PDC and everything was great. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. The condo is in a perfect location with Walmart one short block away and 5th ave/ the beach / a short walking distance.
